Beautiful place to stay. Great location and easy to find. Very comfortable furniture and environment. Unfortunately I did have trouble with the Internet connection during my stay. Otherwise would recommend to any other guests.

Sean's place was perfect for our long weekend. The location was close enough for us to spend one day in Maine, and the next in Hampton Beach. it was relatively quiet, especially considering it was a holiday weekend. The ocean views from the outside deck and living room were spectacular!

Beautiful location with amazing view of the ocean. Short walk to beach. Nearby Portsmouth has a lot of good restaurants and great ice cream. We also found a good pickleball club within 15 minutes. Sean was very responsive when we had questions or issues.

We unfortunately had the leave the space immediately after checkin. The bed sheets had hair and dirt in them (clearly not changed or cleaned). There was also some sort of pet hair all over the place and dust and dirt on every surface. The pictures also made the space feel “newer” than what is was when we got there.

This condo is beautiful and we had a lovely week there. We would go back!

the view was gorgeous!! me and a couple of my friends had an amazing time. place was super clean and matched the pictures perfectly. it was absolutely perfect and amazing for a quick getaway.

My husband and I spent a peaceful and comfortable stay at Sean’s place. Sean was available and kept communication open. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one might need, the bed is comfortable, the room quiet and the entire space super clean and well organized. The view is unparalleled - sunrise and sunset views from the over sized window and then there were those beautiful walks along the coast directly across the street! We highly recommend it.

The views to the ocean are simply fantastic from anywhere in the living room, and the condo is cozy, comfortable and cute. The weather didn't stop us to take the short walk to the beach every day. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We come here for our Thanksgiving break and have a wonderful experience! The host is very friendly and responsive. The room is clean and neat with well prepared stuff in the kitchen. The view of the coastline is extremely gorgeous. Very nice to take a walk around the house and along the coastline. Easy to check in and check out very nice place and we hope that we could be back here in the future!

This place is all about the view and it's fantastic! right across the street from Rocky shoreline, can't get much better than that. The deck is large and comfortable, like an additional living room when the temperature is right.

The views from this place are amazing! Worth every penny staying here. You can walk to the rocky beach which is located right across the road or walk down the road little ways to the sandy beach. You can also drive down to the sandy beach as well but we just chose to walk. The views from the porch and inside were amazing. Definitely a lovely stay and would stay here again.

We just got back from a 5 night stay. The area where the condo was located was so relaxing and away from the more touristy areas. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room was wonderful and just as good from the private deck. Sean was very communicative, even checking in with us the 1st night to make sure we had settled in. We had such a great experience we can't wait to go back!

We chose this location for a combined Birthday/Anniversary celebration. This was one of the most relaxing and pleasant trips we’ve taken. The view of the ocean right from the couch is incredible! We loved having our own private deck that was so peaceful in the evening. The unit had everything we needed to make a few meals- even used the shared grill. Walking to Wallis Sands was easy and quick. We are already trying to plan our next stay!

The view is spectacular and can be seen when just relaxing from anywhere in the living room. The deck is even better!

Close to Portsmouth.. Love the drive for the beautiful ocean scenic views! Sean always responsive with quick turn around times. Stairs involved to the unit so may be difficult if you have disabilities.

The house was clean and had a very cozy couch. The views from the deck and inside were incredible. Easy access to the beautiful rocky beach across the street where we hunted for treasure. We were just a couple minutes from great restaurants and took a gorgeous walk through Odiorne State park where all the fruit trees were blooming. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast. Our ladies weekend was fabulous thanks to this jewel of a beach house in Rye.

We were looking for a last minute place on the water for an overnight getaway and found this adorable apartment The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The view from the living room and private deck are amazing! I definitely recommend this place if you want to be on the water. The beach is a quick walk or drive up the road.

I have stayed in Airbnb often and Sean is the most professional and responsive host that I have seen, attentive in every detail. There is a check-in Manuel about everything about this house, and a check-out list which makes my check out process so easy and worry free. The location and view is unbelievable, and I can see both sunrise and sunset in the living room. it's like heaven on earth. I hope to give this place a six star if possible.

We booked this as a last minute trip and we are happy that we did. Great location and beautiful apartment. The area is quiet, and relaxed. My family felt very at home and safe. There is a small convenience store and a couple of little eateries right down the road. The beach is a half mile away. Kittery is 15 minutes away. Portsmouth is 15-20. What we loved about our stay: The view, the view, the view-it is truly stunning Easy to check in and check out Excellent communication with Sean Apartment was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean What you see is what you get, the photos and descriptions are very accurate Easy to cook-all necessary items were there Things to note: There is a set of steps down to a door in the living room. I had a battery operated candle that I put at the steps so that we would be aware of it at night. It was an excellent experience. We hope to return and spend even more time in the area!

Beautiful location, unit was clean and kitchen well appointed. This stay was a working trip—the table with stools in the living room was the perfect spot to set up my equipment and take in the amazing view while I worked. No issues with the internet, the signal was strong throughout the stay.

We stayed here for our Babymoon and it was exactly what we needed to relax before baby comes. Super clean, kitchen well supplied, views were amazing and serene. Close to downtown Portsmouth and Kittery. Lots of options for restaurants and shopping. Sean made our stay wonderful and was a great communicator. Would stay again!

This Airbnb is lovely—it’s clean, tasteful, and comfortable. The pictures and description of the place are exactly what you get. Beautiful ocean view from the deck and living room window. The kitchen is well stocked, which made cooking and eating in very easy! It’s in a great location, a 10 minute walk to Wallis Sands beach. The instructions we received before and during our stay were very clear and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. We stayed for the weekend but wished we could have stayed longer! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful unit in May 2023 and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The unit is absolutely beautiful, very clean and the view is wonderful! It truly was beyond our expectations and we’re already planning to stay here again! In addition, check-in and check-out was very easy and the host was very responsive. I recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a BEAUTIFUL place. The view is exactly what you would imagine from the description and pictures. Sea for days! The deck is to die for! We were out there morning noon and night. Place was clean and the surrounding were quiet and peaceful. I have already recommended this place to other people. Great stay, exactly as described and would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful space, exactly what we wanted. Quiet, peaceful and right on the ocean. It was very clean and had everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen has all the amenities and tools you’d need for a night in of cooking. Living room is very spacious and cozy with a large comfy couch to lounge on with a great view. Sean is a great host. He is super helpful and responsive and made our check in and out process very easy.

Sean's place was great - fantastic location and view. Rye is a must see if you're travelling along the New England coastline. The unit was clean and seemed to be newly updated and furnished. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your own meals. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet and private.

Beautiful location! Portsmouth was a short drive away. Town had a coffee shop/ rostery. Sun came beaming in and created a warm spot in the window to sit. Nice since it was the end of winter.

We had a great stay, the view of the ocean from the property was beautiful. We enjoyed some stunning sunrises and explored the rocky shoreline. It was a short drive to Kittery and Portsmouth where we enjoyed shopping & dining. We also visited area forts and light houses. Overall great area to visit. It was a perfect stay!

Sean’s place is very well equipped, spotless and has a crisp modern feel. The couch was luxuriant and supported lazily gazing at the staggeringly beautiful ocean view. Additionally, the space was peaceful and private. I would love to return in the summer to continue exploring the spectacular NH coast.

The ocean was calling when I stumbled upon Snug Harbor. This second floor, cozy flat welcomes you with a huge bay window facing the sea. Seriously, you’re so waterfront, you will feel like you’re on a houseboat. I enjoyed a quiet winter retreat soaking in stunning sunrises and dreamy sunsets. The shoreline is steps away for exploring and star gazing. Just beautiful! Other things to note: The WiFi is speedy, perfect for remote work. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook every meal. Comfy couch and bed for non-stop lounging. AND you’re a short drive to all of the fun to be had in Portsmouth. Lastly, Sean was kind and responsive, checking in to be sure my visit was meeting expectations. Snug Harbor is a gem! Thank you, Sean!
