I just stayed here for a week with my dog and the whole experience was great! The beach is very close, people around were friendly and there are some good places to eat in the area. The hosts were super friendly, responsive and I felt that me enjoying my stay was very important to them. While I was there, the battery in the smoke detector started to get low and it would beep every few minutes. (Which is nobody’s fault) I messaged the hosts about it and they had it fixed immediately! I would stay here again and or recommend it to others.

It was great! Loved a little getaway for the weekend! Let us check in when we needed to which was appreciated. Very responsive and made sure everything was okay!

This place was perfect for a girls Salem trip. hopped on MTBA stop Newbury, 14 mins away and then we got to enjoy a nice walk on the beach, a block a way when we got back. will definitely be back for the summer time. thank you for sharing your space!

We were here for a few days and had the best time. Being so close to the ocean was convenient. Mt Cousin works from home, so the little office set up was amazing. Great place to bring your pup. My dog loved it there. The apartment had everything you could possibly need.just bring yourself. your food and be ready to relax! Definitely plan on returning. Thank you Sean. ❤️

We had a very lovely and pleasant stay. Great location with only steps away from the beautiful beach for the whole family to enjoy. Great spot and the people are awesome.

The home was wonderful, great location very close to the beach. Plenty of room inside and a nice sitting area out front. Photos and description were accurate. Would recommend, great value!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Sean was very communicative and responsive. The house was well appointed, very clean, nicely decorated and within walking distance to beach amenities and the Blue Ocean Music Hall. We would definitely stay here again.

Sean’s place was an ideal spot, only a block away from the beach. It was my first time visiting Salisbury so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It definitely has its charm! And easy to get to surrounding towns. It was just what we needed.

Loved this place. Was amazing to walk every morning on the beach which was only like a block away. Very clean and quiet. We found this amazing breakfast place to walk to as well. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this location for the weekend for a small family vacation, the place overall was very nice. Carpets in bedrooms both had more than a few obvious stains and if you’re a light sleeper the top unit is probably a better idea if it’s available even with quiet hours any walking or movement sounded like someone was stomping. House was super close to the beach and pretty spacious which we loved!

Very nicely updated little cottage, convenient to the beach and the boardwalk, very clean with nice amenities. Sean and his team provided very thorough instructions and recommendations for things to do, and communicated very quickly when we had a question. Will definitely keep this place bookmarked for a future visit to Salisbury Beach!

The Addie Shack (1st flr) was absolutely charming. The unit was so comfy and stocked with the essentials. Wish we could have stayed longer.

From the hours of 1:50 to 3 am the upstairs renters were very loud we were not able to get sleep and make the overnight experience uncomfortable. The host did specific list not a party house, however that was the expierence we had. I was extremely disappointed because the place was cute and nice location but knowing who your sharing with would make a difference

Great location. Seconds from the beach. The place was clean and felt like home. The only bad thing but definitely manageable is the height of the house. I’m 6’2” and had to duck in certain areas.

Place was smaller than expected and we were only two people. Not cleaned properly, carpet in bedroom severely stained and cottage had a strong musty smell. We checked out after a few hours.

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed being close to the beach and downtown.

Sean’s place is just as described, updated and nice inside. Walkable to the beach and boardwalk. It was a good little place for my family to stay for the week.

First time to this beach...the Addie shack was perfect for our family. It was a little oasis away from home but still felt very homely. Very short walking distance to the beach and arcade for the kids. Definitely would stay again if ever that way again.

Small but efficient 2-bedroom apt in a great location near Salisbury Beach. My wife and I stayed there with our small dog and 1-year old. The location is very walkable, great for dogs, and Sean is an extremely responsive host. Some things to note: ceilings are quite low, so if you're over 6 feet you might feel a bit squished inside, and sounds from the apt above are quite noticeable.

The place is small, but cozy. The location is great, it’s close to the beach and near boardwalk. Newbury port is just 10 min drive. The only thing I didn’t like was the sanitation. There were bunch of small dark hairs on the bedding. I was travelling with my kids, so that was absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t care much about dirty floors which I had to wash myself, but the bedding was a real issue. It felt like the just sprayed the sheets with fabric freshener which was under the sink.

The bed in the bunk bed room was not made and there was sand on the bottom sheet.

Beautiful place and extremely close to the beach. Even though it was snowing while we were there, we still got to enjoy the beach :)

Very cute and cozy beach house. The house was clean and welcoming. We were able to cook, the kitchen was well equipped, and relax. Short walk to the beach as described. Sean was very responsive to all questions :).

The Addie Shack was just as described. It was a nice cozy space for our last minute getaway over President’s Day weekend. Only a three minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning was a bonus! Sean’s properties are equipped with everything you would need and then some, he seems to think of everything. The Addie Shack was decorated so nice. It had such a nice crisp feel, while still being cozy. Parking was easy and has room for two good sized vehicles. This cottage was centrally located and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We have been coming to Salisbury Beach for 35 years. It’s so nice to see these cottages remodeled and brought back to life. Would definitely love to stay here again! Kim and Don Cloutier Chicopee, MA

The Addie Shack is an amazing location right off the beach! It was a perfect little retreat where we could watch the sunrise. We stayed off season, so the little boardwalk area wasn’t open, but you’re within walking distance to most things you’d want in peak times. The house matched exactly as the listing said, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure our stay was sublime. Thank you all!

Great Location. The apartment is super cute, Great decor. Very clean. Like immaculate 😇The owner is super communicative and helpful. I didn’t have to go forage for coffee because coffee machine and creamers were provided and stevia 👍👍👍 has a small porch with lounge chairs and table and more lounge patio furniture just at the entrance. I really enjoyed my stay. On a side note if you are staying on the top level unit, the walls are very thin. Be mindful that the people under you can hear your footsteps and noise clearly. The person staying on the top floor unit had a cat and dog and they were having themselves a party with their toys late night and early morning . I could hear even hear the ball they were playing with rolling around on the floor. Not the owners fault at all. And I wasn’t super bothered, But just be mindful of the ppl staying below you. I do wish hosts with air bnb and VRBO would quit it with these fees. I’m partial to charging travelers cleaning fees and service fees. Seems a bit ridiculous aside from the fees the cost of the place was decent and fair. Again the place was great and the Hosts were great! 4 stars for me only because of the ridiculous fees that every host has started to charge not just these hosts but all of them.
