The location is perfect. The space was great for a best friends weekend. Everything is walking distance, park your car and don’t get back in until you leave. Parking is tight as noted, back into the parking garage into the space provided. I suggest bringing extra towels and washcloths. The bed is comfortable. The host is prompt to respond. We had a great time!

Great location! Loved not having to spend time looking for parking and being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and other places. Perfect size for 2 people. Parking was very tight- as described. Unfortunately, the door code didn’t work upon arrival, but was fixed after a phone call. The WiFi info in the manual & check in email was incorrect and once that was fixed the service was spotty so we weren’t able to connect consistently. We tried everything, but couldn’t get the tv to work with our Firestick. Sean communicated well when we reached out regarding the issues. We hope to visit the area again.

This place is perfect for what it is - a cozy place to rest after a day in Hampton Beach. Location doesn’t get much better than this. 30 second walk and you’re on the beach/main strip. Sean has excellent communication and is a great host. 3 of us stayed here (2 adults and 1 toddler) and it worked out well enough! Parking space below unit was very helpful.

Great location - very close to the beach, playground, and lots of food options. The condo had everything we needed. We had some issues with the lock which is the only reason I've not given a 5-star review.

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Sean's communication was top teir. Clear instructions were immediately provided covering every aspect of the rental including the tight parking space and early check-in. For a smaller rental it's surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Super clean. We enjoyed the pineapple room and would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay at Hampton Beach! You’re right in the middle of all the restaurants and the beach is literally down the street half a block away. For the convenience of the location it’s definitely worth it. Plus clean super cute space and responsive host. I would definitely come back here for the convenience alone of a parking spot and location but the little condo is everything you need as well.

great room for the price. wifi was spotty. close to beach. decor was very Homegoods TJmaxx. smart lock system made coming and going easy. loses one point just because of wifi and uncomfortably small bathroom with nowhere to hang a towel while you shower.

We had a great stay. It was the perfect location to be within walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, and the beach! We caught a free concert at the seashell stage just around the corner. The space was small but had absolutely everything you would need including a fridge and freezer, little stove, kitchenware, ect. Sean was responsive and clear with any questions asked. The only slight negatives and these are very slight as they are expected for a busy beach town is the parking was a very tight small spot which made loading and unloading the car difficult. Also it is 2 flights of stairs to get up to the space. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

Great spot for a weekend get away. So much to do and access on the board walk. Small but just enough space for two. Parking was tight but noted was able to back in the spot and fit fine! The condo was definitely clean but a few things could have been cleaned up a little better. Overall had a great stay, would recommend.

Great communication about my stay with an easy check in process and handy parking area. The room was clean and well decorated. If you’ve ever stayed in other places in Hampton Beach, you’ll know that this location is ideal, half a block from the ocean and the middle of the strip. One of the greatest qualities was that the shower had excellent water pressure!!!

My daughter and I stayed at the pineapple retreat for an overnight getaway and it was the perfect size for us. It’s small and cozy with an adorable pineapple decor. We were just a half block from all the action but heard nothing outside when it was time for bed. The retreat is on the second floor and the bedroom faces away from the busy town.

We had a great night staying at Sean’s place! It’s adorable-the perfect little space for a couple. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing-right down the street from the beach and the boardwalk. We hope to stay here on our next trip!

This listing was so so cute!!! This was a first trip for myself and my daughter and it was so convenient. The space was clean and we loved the decor. The location is perfect. Walkable to everything!! Playground across the street was cute and was so close to the beech and state park. Sean was very communicative from minute I booked with checkins throughout our stay. Parking is a tight space as mentioned in the listing but doable backing in would be my suggestion :) the space itself was convenient as we could pack up our beach cart in the garage each day and at the end of the night without having to lug beach gear into the condo itself … bonus less sand in living space. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the convince this listing provided to everything.

Spent 2 nights here. Good amount of space for 2 people. Location is awesome and very convenient - central to so many restaurants and so close to the beach. Pleasantly surprised by the 2 Roku TVs and comfy foam mattress. Would definitely recommend staying here - the location and reserved parking can’t be beat!

We had a great family vacation in this cute place. Perfect location as well, walking distance to everything, but far away enough to be peaceful and not hear the craziness. Much appreciated the location as there was so much traffic and many people coming to the beach, that we didn’t have to stress about driving anywhere or being stuck in the traffic. There was a playground right down the street for the kids to play on and many great restaraunts. The host was super responsive to our needs. We had all the essentials for our stay. Thank you!

We booked this property for a short family beach getaway. There was great communication with the host/manager. As the description hasnoted, parking is definitely tight, so use care/caution when parking and backing up. Other than that it was easy to access the rental, the property was clean, it was less than a block walk to the beach, and you can catch a great sunset on the back deck.

L'accès sans clé est très pratique (pas besoin de clé, code d'accès unique à la réservation). L'accès pour se rendre à l'appartement laisse un peu à désirer. On se sent mal de déranger les autres locataires de l'immeuble. Ce n'est pas très accueillant. L'appartement est propre, mais très petit. Deux personnes peuvent y vivre correctement, pour quatre personnes, je ne le recommande pas.

Prime location! Once we arrived we never had to drive during our stay. Everything is walkable and the beach is just steps away. The Airbnb is cute & modern. Sean was very communicative, kind and efficient. Would stay here again!

We spent 4 days at this location. Sean's place was great, a 2 mins walk from the beach and all the restaurants. The kitchen had the essential, the bed was comfortable and the location was just far enough from the nigth life for my kids to have a good night sleep. Thanks again!

Great location. Nice and quiet at night. Stocked and clean kitchen. Super close to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed could use a better mattress but still was good. Bathroom water pressure was great. Would stay again.

This stay was ok. Not the worst certainly not the best! The parking garage seemed a little like a junk yard with broken down cars stranded in it and laundry room was filthy and run down. The inside of the place is very, very small but worked for the 3 of us. Air conditioning works great. For such a small place the cleanliness should have been far better. I got in and vacuumed and cleaned myself because there were things clearly missed. There was hair on the floor, towels, a couple ants, sand everywhere even in the refrigerator and a blanket and pillows left on the couch that could not have been cleaned. The privacy curtains for the doors had holes in them and were filthy. There was also a problem with our door being locked as the code that was given to us, changed after we checked in and we were locked out of the place for over 20 minutes with handfuls of groceries. Luckily the best part of this stay was the host. They were kind, helpful, friendly and responsive.

The location was incredible and it was so worth it to be so close to the playground, the beach, the boardwalk, and the restaurants. The host was responsive and helpful and overall the trip was a huge success! We have a family of four with two young children so the space was ideal.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Pineapple 🍍 Retreat. Small but perfect for Solo travelers or couples. Clean, comfortable & nice personal touches. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Parking was a pain occasionally due to large pick-up trucks or SUVs, & it being small& completely full. But, it's mentioned & he gave alternatives. I've gotten used to the prices & cost of living in Europe, so the price of the stay (along with everything else) was a big shock to me. Best overall value for the money. If/when I come back, I hope to be able to stay there again.

Perfect quiet, clean and cozy diamond in the rough located five minutes from the beach right by some of the best food, coffee and whatever else you may need on the boardwalk. The host Sean was awesome about any question and very quick in responding back to messages. I highly suggest this location to anyone looking to escape for a weekend and I'd definitely book again !!

Very clean, good emplacement and good host. The only downside is the walls are paper thin so you hear everything that's going on outside.

Great time at this place. We were a half block from the beach and were able come and go within minutes as we pleased. Parking was great on site and no trouble with our full sized truck. You don’t have a view of the ocean but not needed as you can literally walk to the beach in 1 minute. We would go back to this location.

Location of this rental was amazing for quick and easy access to the beach and beach side dining/shopping. Home was pretty, well furnished and great for a small family. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was super easy.

The apartment is small but set up nicely for a couple. Parking is tight but very doable. Sean was a great host we had no issues. Had an awesome stay, very clean and well equipped . Will most definitely be back again.

Sean’s place was perfect for an impromptu trip to the beach. The place was very clean and cozy. The only issue was that the parking spot is extremely tight. I tried for a solid 10 minutes to park my 1/2 ton pickup but there was just no way it was going to happen. But beyond that the place was perfect.

My Boyfriend and I just got back from a much needed trip to Hampton Beach. The location of Sean’s place couldn’t be any better! Literally a block to the beach and local bars/ restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, organized, and had everything you might need during a stay. The bathroom is very tight, but definitely not going to hinder your getting ready in the morning. The bed was SUPER comfortable too! Check in was a breeze as well as any communication needed. We didn’t have any need to contact Sean during our stay, but he let us know he was available if needed. We would 100% stay here again, and let our friends and family know to book here too! You won’t be disappointed!

Definitely a bit smaller than we expected, but just what we needed for our weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and the best bars in the area. Make sure to include the L Street Tavern in your visit! Live music, karaoke, super friendly staff and regulars, not to mention large portions of great food. Though we didn’t require much communication, Sean made sure to send friendly reminders about check in & out at the beginning and end of our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We did not plan a little weekend getaway when we had a concert near by at the Casino that we were going too. I decided to take a peak at what was available and we came across the Pineapple Retreat! I reached out and booked it. We arrived and the adorable beach nest was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and the location was perfect. Sean sent timely communication and instructions for check in and out. It was the perfect little escape we needed. Just steps from the beach and all Hampton offers right at the boardwalk. We made a 2 night stay the best we could with our concert, biking to Kittery Maine, walking the beach, short drive to Portsmouth and dinner in Newburyport. It was needed

This was perfect, easy, and the host was very responsive.

I came to this area to attend a few events in the area and wanted to be close to a beach. The location was perfect for this as was the beach. The Pineapple retreat is small and I would suggest it really only for 2 people. However, it was clean and provided everything needed. I particularly appreciated a full size hair dryer. If you are here during off season as I, please know there are not many places open and you will need to travel to get basic needs.

The location is almost enough for this to be a must-book rental. Everything in the apartment was as we expected from the pictures and description. The parking spot, as indicated, is a little tight if you have a large vehicle but my SUV was fine. The apartment was very clean, easy check in and check out process. The hosts respond promptly to any messages. It's also a quick ride to portsmouth. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Great location and great communication were the highs. As for lows pull out mattreses are always a challenge to get right but I would consider staying here again. 3.9 Stars! 4.5 considering the price!

This is a great place right next to the beach in Hampton. The place is perfect for 2 people and would recommend it to anyone. The only caveats we had was that parking was very tight. Anyone with a large vehicle will not fit in the off street parking. The other caveat was the bathroom. It was small which was fine. However it afforded no privacy for anyone in it from a noise perspective.

Nice small condo with everything you need. Covered parking and laundry. Make sure to bring change.
