I can’t say enough good things about our first stay at Hampton Beach in this great condo. The location was fabulous. We walked outside and were a 5 minute walk away from restaurants, cafes, live music and the beach. This fourth floor penthouse was clean and spacious. Amenities were comfortable. Elevator to use made loading and unloading a breeze. Enclosed garage was available to park one vehicle and store our beach gear. Perfect for getaway to see a show over Labor Day weekend and enjoy the beach. Our host was fantastic and communicated often. We are grateful to find this gem.

Always stay here when we come to Hampton each year. Two parking spots and the location is literally perfect. Right in the middle of everything and a 90 second walk to the beach. Place is always clean and has everything needed.

It's been a few years since my family and I have been able to go away on vacation due to our work schedule, so we wanted to go somewhere special that we visited in the past and we knew our kids (now much older since the last time we went to Hampton Beach, NH) would enjoy and have plenty to do. We chose Airbnb because we have friends that recommended them. Sean with Airbnb was very helpful from start to finish. Not to write a long-winded review, Sean was great and we were completely satisfied with our vacation and rental/condo. We will use Sean and Airbnb for our next vacation. Thanks Sean!!! The Wheelers

Very clean! Balcony was great. Building has an elevator which made bringing suitcases up very quick. Great air conditioning. Parking was an easy in and out! Not a bad walk to the beach and boardwalk. Right in the middle of everything.

What a great Airbnb we stayed up on the 4th floor me ,my wife my mother and my 20 year old daughter so it was great having 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen for my mother to cook in. The balcony over looked the front and we could see the ocean while just sitting out there and relaxing. The living room is very big with a huge very comfortable sectional that my daughter slept on because it was so deep and comfortable. The master bedroom is very big and so is the bathroom off the master bedroom. Even the water pressure was very strong. Plus not only do you get your own parking spot in the back of the building away from people but you get you own garage. Also not sure if it's because we were on the 4th floor but when the windows and doors are shut you can't hear anything. The central air was also great. As for the location your basically 1/2 a block from the beach and all the stores and restaurants you want. This is our 3rd Hampton beach Airbnb and the best one so far

Had a great stay at Sean's place. Nicest BNB I've ever rented in Hampton Beach. Place was very clean and also very quiet. Would recommend anyone to rent this unit if they get the chance. Was also allowed an early check-in, which was a bonus!!...The only downer on the stay, which is no fault of Sean's, was a not so pleasant encounter with a dog living in the complex. Will definitely look for this rental again in the future!!

Fantastic home. Will definitely be back. Amazing host that goes above and beyond. You can always receive an immediate response any time, day or night. Will continue to seek rentals from this host as much as possible. Everything you need is there. Even had detergent and bleach available for washing clothes. FYI bring V shaped coffee filters. You’ll need those. Very short easy walking distance to everything. Only 200 feet from a fun casino that has great steak n cheese subs and now serves an amazing breakfast on Sundays. Highly recommend the Goat for breakfast and burgers also!!

The unit was exactly as described and the location couldn’t have been better. I will definitely go back ! We had everything we needed and the unit was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable

Great location with easy parking. Clear instructions for check in, during the stay and for check out. Cozy and clean accommodations. Perfect for our family of four. Visited during March, so some places in town were closed but there were still options within walking distance for coffee in the morning and lively restaurants at night. Also lots of other towns within 15 minutes for more restaurants.

After having a 'snafu' with another accommodation, I found Sean's AirBnB on the fly! I'm so glad I did (and can't believe it was available). It was amazing! We loved the condo...very clean, well-decorated, super comfy beds and spacious for 4 people -- it was truly perfect. It was also super close to where we needed to be. Sean was very responsive and friendly in our communication. Guess my snafu was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely recommend staying here and I know if I'm in the area again...I'll stay.

We had a great time at Sean’s place. Everything was as advertised .We had no issues during our stay. Sean stayed in communication with us to check on our stay and to ask if we needed anything. The gas fire place was nice. The beach was very enjoyable and only a minute walk from our lodging, right across the street. Check in was easy.

The condo was pretty much as advertised. TV volume was stuck on blaring loud, though.

The condo was spacious and clean close to the beach, and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this condo for 4 nites. My son was getting married in Salisbury and we wanted something local…The condo was perfect for our needs, walkable to all area attractions ,restaurant’s , beach etc..We found everything we could possibly need to make us feel at home..Sean was very responsive during the entire process..I would rent again in future..

We were 4 adults. Nice location. The indoor garage was very convenient. We left all the things we used for the beach there. The rooms are well lit and large and the kitchen is well equipped. Very practical to have two bathrooms with shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros- Great location and super comfortable couch! We also didn’t run into anyone else in the building while there, so the elevator was always ready. Super easy check-in. Place looked just as advertised. Cons- Super loud outside at night, but that could just be the area/crowd. Nothing a little sound machine app couldn’t fix. And the beds were very hard. We didn’t have an app to fix that, but we enjoyed the stay anyway.

The condo was great, clean, and big. The location can't be beat, it's a 1/2 block from the beach and the boardwalk. Sean was a great host, and very responsive. You could watch the fireworks on Wednesdays from your balcony. I was only disappointed with the listing, which said it had a sofa bed, but the condo only had a sofa you could sleep on. It did not turn into a bed or it wasn't a pull-out.

We would be happy to rent one of Sean’s properties again!

The proximity of this condo to the beach and the boardwalk made our trip so enjoyable. We were never too far from home to take a break in the ac and rest our feet. We could see the beach from the porch! This was a perfect location and the condo was pristine. We would definitely stay again

Easy beach access!

Our stay was phenomenal! It is a great place, VERY clean and spacious, easy and secure parking, great communication with host and tons to do all with in walking distance. We definitely will be back!

Great place!!! It was exactly how it was described and has easy access. Condo was clean and in the greatest location literally 1 min walk downstairs to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. We went to both restaurants recommended Bernies and The Goat. Both were great with great drinks and food. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Definitely a good time in Hampton Beach and looking forward to returning.

Great location and super close to the beach. The listing was just like the photos. It was easy to find and access, super clean, well equipped, and quiet. I especially appreciated the amazing hot shower after walking on the beach during some cold and damp days. Sean was an excellent communicator, both proactive and reactive, and was a wonderful compliment to it all. I would definitely consider staying here, or in another of Sean's properties, again.

Nice condo and great location. Garage was a perk but overall very expensive with fees especially for one night as check in isn’t until 4pm and check out at 10am.

Sean was the perfect host and was extremely responsive and proactive to provide details about the area and clear instructions about the Airbnb. We were quickly accommodated for an earlier check in time upon our request. Everything was clean and just as the pictures presented. The location was super!

We want to thank Sean and his team for this fabulous opportunity to stay at his apartment. Every detail had been thought through which provided us a delightful stay. The location was right near the beach; a well-stocked kitchenette provided the possibility of saving money on our own meal preparation; and the cleanliness of the apartment gave a peaceful environment to enjoy family time without having the distraction of clutter. I would highly recommend!

Sean was nice enough to let us rent last minute and for only one night! great place to stay near the beach. very clean apartment! it was a little stressful getting the door unlocked to open the garage. cars were coming in and out so had to keep moving the car.

This charming seaside condo offers the perfect spot at the heart of the Hampton Beach with all the comforts of home, and just steps away from the ocean. The delightful nautical themed decor which included artwork and decorations throughout the condo set the tone for a relaxing vacation. The views of the town and surroundings, and ocean views from the balcony was just what I hoped for, while the private entry garage and the elevator opening right at the unit entrance gave a sense of high-end luxury. In addition, the management company was highly responsive and professional from the start, putting to rest my concerns about noise restrictions enforced by monitoring equipment which proved to be no problem at all. The one experience I did not appreciate was being locked out of the unit not once but twice, left out in the hallway with my family. After the 2nd incident, I was given a backup key box code. I was disappointed I was not given the backup code earlier to avoid the 2nd incident.
