Sean was very receptive when I had questions. Sean’s place was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our family. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is one block from Ocean Ave, restaurants, coffee, convenience stores everything you need but that one block makes it quiet with zero noise from the hustle of the crowds. A ton of space with living areas on each floor make it a great space for groups. Very safe neighborhood with two different digital locks to get through. Sean‘s communication was very clear, prompt, and friendly. I will definitely be coming back next year!

This was a great place to stay with friends for a weekend getaway. It was quick and easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk!

This was a very clean place, modern, spacious and well equipped with elevator to this third (top) floor condo. Coffee was provided, which was very much appreciated after a day of travelling. Apartment quiet, no noise from neighbors (although traffic noise could be heard) being one block back from the seafront added to the peacefulness. We appreciated the use of the included laundry facilities. Host was responsive. We did however, struggle to sleep as we found the beds, especially the king, to be very hard. I appreciate that our opinion is subjective, but just a thought if you prefer a softer bed, we did suggest to the host that mattress toppers could be left for future guests to use if desired, which he was responsive too.

I booked this condo for my friends bachelorette trip and we all loved it! Great location, clean, and quick replies from the host. I’d definitely stay again if I find myself back in the area!
