Great place!

Sean was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The space was beautiful and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sean's condo was great! Conveniently located and only one block from the beach. The condo was very nice and extremely comfortable to stay in. Sean was extremely responsive to questions - answered quickly! We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

My whole family enjoyed getting together and this was the perfect surrounding for it. We all enjoyed our stay and we ranged in age from 8-74. There was great beach time, great restaurants and great accomodations.

Great condo with all the needed amenities. Plenty of room for our large group and the upstairs/downstairs set up gave us private space when needed. The location was ideal. Beds were comfortable. There were pretty views from bedroom windows, just bright in the morning. The deck was great too. Highly recommend if you have a big group and want to be comfortable and close to everything.

Great location very nice condo our family loved it. Easy walk to beach or boardwalk. Plenty of choices right there. No expensive hard to find beach parking required. Amazing 3 bedroom condo with everything you could want. Fast elevator. Nice garage to park in. Outstanding will stay again next time we come to visit friends.

The location is ideal for nightlife and live music. You can walk to the beach from this location in about five minutes. Breakfast is a short walk and there is a good pizzeria close by.

Sean was very communicative, the place was a good location in Hampton Beach. My family and I had a wonderful time!

The apartment building was well kept and with two parking places which was a definite plus. The apartment itself was very nice, the boys enjoyed the 2nd floor bedrooms and common space. The kitchen had stainless steel pots and pans and mixing bowls which I was thankful for verses the usual nonstick pans. The place was very clean and the location to the beach was a short walk.

My visit was pleasant, and I felt very comfortable there. The place is better than described, has a beautiful view, and is well-located. Sean is an excellent host; communication is fluid, and he is attentive to everything.

Great stay over a long weekend, weather was unexpectedly warm so we walked 2 min to beach and enjoyed the sand and water too! Very clean, well kept space and appeared just as great as the photos. We had a great experience and would love to return during the summer months! Sean checked in to make sure we were all set and had direct contact, a really nice touch!

A few friends and I stayed at this beautiful beach condo for a nearby conference. It was the perfect space for us! The interior design was so cute, there was enough space for all of us to be comfortable, and access to nearby cafes and the beach made for a great stay. The kitchen had everything from stainless steel cookware to a full coffee pot, both of which our crew really loved as we enjoyed a few meals together. Sean was incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive, which made for a seamless visit, both leading up to our stay and throughout. We’ll miss Hampton Beach! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed Sean’s place very much. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and very pleasant. If anything, it was nicer than I had expected, and far larger than the impression I had from the pictures. It is two equal size spaces, an upstairs and a downstairs, each with a space for socializing. The place is secure from the street, but access is easy, including parking. Sean was also very communicative. Very responsive, friendly, and even proactive about issues, such as one night when he learned the power was out from a storm, and he checked in to see all was ok. Had no issues with him, or his place. And Hampton beach is very pretty, and charming. The place is a simple 1 block walk to the center of a beautiful view beach. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing rental for the summer season. I unfortunately wasn’t so lucky to experience it during the summer because our visit was during the winter and for this reason the home had to be heated. If you don’t mind noisy heating (I’d assume the A/C would be quieter but not sure as the system is powered by the same HVAC, then your stay will be pleasant. Be sure to bring with you any essentials for cooking, if you plan to, as the kitchen lacks many items aside from basic dishes and pots and pans. The location is superb for the summer season, close to entertainment, a short walk to beach and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative and very accommodating for all our unique requests. Overall id highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Hampton Beach in October. The neighborhood was quiet and easy base from which to explore autumn in New Hampshire while also enjoying a beach stroll. Accommodations were great with helpful kitchen supplies.

The condo was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and had room for everyone. Sean was very responsive with questions and replied to texts immediately. The upstairs balcony was nice to relax. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the shower was strong. I would have no hesitation in recommending this condo for a stay at Hampton Beach.

This get away was perfect for a family weekend! We all were able to stay in the same place without feeling on top of one another, and on top of that it was beautiful and spotless!! Highly recommend staying here:) it is also walking distance from all bars and restaurants in area 😊

Location: ideal as walking distance to the beach and to the ‘Green House’ Somewhat located on a busy street but was safe and lively also, wasn’t noisy at all. Host: very responsive Provided clear instructions I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable location if you’re visiting Hampton Beach!

Amazingong weakend 7/12-7/15 (24). I only hope it is available next season. We will definitely try to rebook, and longer. Everything was immaculate. Pleanty of options for silverware, cups, dishes. Coffee Kcups, with pot option,filters for a pot of coffee, plenty of blankets, pillows. Recomend stoping at Condo then go shopping, we bought stuff we didn't need because it was already there. I could not think of something we did not have. Also felt safe with the outside locking system and units door lock. Beds are a little stiff, but I am reaching. If you want a luxury stay this is the place!!! Beach is very accessible, and everything you want is available within a few minutes walk. Sean was perfect. The right amount of interaction and availability. Clear instructions to make it an easy in and out. We will be staying here again, and again, and again.

We had a glitch getting in with the door code ,but our text was answered quickly we also had a faulty smoke detector and they sent a lovely,efficient gentleman to replace the item right away the attention to guests needs was fantastic

Excellent unit! Great location! Wheelchair accessible with bedroom on first floor (other 2 bedrooms on second floor and need stairs).

This property was absolutely perfect. We were close to absolutely everything and had no issues. I would recommend this airbnb to any group. We had a fantastic stay and are appreciative of our stay.
