Stayed off season and the place was everything we had hoped and Sean was communicative

Sean was very proactive in communicating with us and he was very welcoming. The Airbnb was very quaint with beautiful surroundings. It was within 45 minutes to an hour drive to Boston, Salem, and running up to Maine for day trips. Definitely would recommend staying there.

We loved our stay here! Besides not having the correct code at check in and having to wait a bit, everything else was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the house was quiet, the location is awesome with a 5 minute walk to the ocean.

This was my family’s first time in Newburyport. Each year, we do a small reunion with my dad and his girlfriend and my husband, me and the kids. We usually stay in NH but this time decided to try something new. The apartment was very quaint and I would say for any larger of a group, it may be too small. The owners are upstairs and keep to themselves for the most part. We did run into the woman and she was very sweet offering where to go on the beach for the best sunset views. My biggest issue was the shower. It is a large step, most likely not in code with no support bar. We had my dad who is in his 60s and has mobility issues trying to get in and out without falling and we also had my 4 year old kids trying to shower in it too. It was not ideal and very disappointing It was a short walk to the park and beach but everything else you must drive to. There are a few restaurants down the road but everything else is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. Overall, good!

Had a lovely few days on Plum Island. Sean was responsive and helpful. Owners upstairs also kind and pleasant. Walkable to water and beautiful sunsets. We love plum island - we were very comfortable and had a great time! Thank you!

The house was very homie. Walking distance to the beach. Playground cross the street for the little ones. Kitchen fully stocked. Very clean home. We really enjoyed our stay!

My group thoroughly enjoyed the stayed!!! The space was just as described and it has an excellent location- this is a great spot to rent if you want to be close to the beach.

Great place- beach and lighthouse are right across the st! Loved the location and layout of this air bnb. My mom & aunt loved this spot and are already talking about when they can come back! One day we had bad weather & spent a majority of the day inside, we all felt very comfortable and right at home. Great communication & answered any questions right away!

Sean’s place was very cheerful and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to cook a nice breakfast. Great location close to stores, restaurants, etc. Sean was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a lovely place. Beautifully kitted out, comfortable beds, very clean. I love Plum Island and this was a great location. So close to the sea - a minute's walk - with the added bonus of a basketball hoop and kid's playground less than a minute from the back door. It felt very private - a real haven. Sean was a fantastic host - he responded immediately to any queries and was super helpful. Thanks for having us!

Third time we stayed here. Perfect for our needs. Shower could use a safety bar for getting in and out , it’s a big step down.

Amazing location - wish we'd had more time here! The apartment was spotlessly cleaned and truly is steps away from the beach, lighthouse, etc.!

Great location! Bathroom and a half is great for families. Full bath shower is a little high and might be tricky for very small children or folks with limited movement. Close to beaches. 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown which offers many restaurants and ice cream.

My friends and I loved our quick stay at Sean’s place! An amazing location with incredibly easy beach access, and the space was clean and comfortable. Would love to come back for a longer stay one day!

Overall my friends and I had a great beach weekend getaway. Whenever I had questions Sean the host was quick to respond and friendly. The location is pretty much perfect! You are truly steps away from the beach and a short drive to the restaurants.

Sean was incredibly nice and very easy to communicate with! The place was somewhat small but very cute and right on the beach at the far end of Northern Blvd. About 3 min drive down to the restaurants, public beach, ice cream stand, surf shop. A/C units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms were much appreciated!

This place was comfortable for the 4 of us- very clean and had everything we needed and it was nice to have air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms- Sean, the host, was very responsive- the place was quiet and in a great location- it was nice to find a place that was willing to allow us to rent for 4 days and not the requirement of a full week- would definitely go back.

Perfect! The house is super-clean and has everything you need. The owners live above but it still felt very private. I had a great stay and am already planning on coming back next summer. The beach is basically your backyard!

Sean was very communicative and the space is exactly as described. We loved the easy access to the beach. The owners of the home, who live upstairs and are related to Sean, were also incredibly helpful and accommodating! The Airbnb at the time we were there was stocked with everything we could need - coffee filters, sugar, bowls with lids, pots, pans, the kitchen essentials and more! It was great!

Incredible one of a kind location. Lighthouse on one side, beach on the other. With a 5 year old, added bonus was the playground. We are very familiar with Newburyport and Plum Island and I'd stay here every time if it was available
