Everything was as advertised and Sean managed the stay and the property with full attentiveness, which was much appreciated.

Great place to stay when visiting North Conway! Very convenient location to downtown. Great house, plenty of room, and the basement game room was a total hit with our teens on the trip. I highly recommend booking this house.

This home was well advertised with clear explanations of the layout. Appreciated knowing which rooms were on which floors etc in comparison to other listings I've stayed at before. Host was very helpful and communicative, would stay here again.

A great place to sleep a lot of people! The deck area is awesome, there were plenty of games and activities in the basement, and the location is nice and quiet. Quick drive to downtown as well.

A group of 10 enjoyed the ample space Sean’s place offered us. We enjoyed the firepit and the house was close to many restaurants. The place did seem to have visible wear but enjoyed our time overall. Would stay there again!

Great place for a girls weekend! Close to downtown, could use a little more cookware as it was hard to cook breakfast for a large group with the tools provided. Otherwise everything was amazing!

The stay was perfect for our family gathering. The game room downstairs was great for entertaining. Outdoor fire pit was also very nice to have and there was wood left for us. Highly recommend!

We booked Sean's place for one nights as an emergency move from a horror Airbnb and let me tell you how refreshing and grateful we were. It was an extended family trip, we were made up of children between infants-9 year old, it was unreasonably sweltering hot outside and when we arrived due to our first airbnb horror, it was already past 10pm. Sean's house had everything we needed and more. MORE than enough room to sleep all 12 of us. Plenty of space. Private, clean and most importantly so cool! It allowed us to truly recharge, get a good night's rest and feel alot less stressed. We are very thankful, if you are considering it, book it! The game room, amenities and space make it the PERFECT place for a large family!

Plenty of room for everyone to hangout, game room was cool, close to the town with access to everything. Overall good experience in a desirable location the group was happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful time using this home as a base for our ski team, would recommend it to any large ski group.

Everything was as expected and as described. The property is very close to the main strip of town and a short ways away from the mountains. We had a wonderful stay and would book again!

The house is in a great location with plenty of space for all of us. Only complaint is that the basement is much colder than the rest of the house and there is some definite wear and tear around the house. But overall a good value for what we expected.

Great place in a great location

Good location, quiet neighborhood. House could use some attention as it had a few different issues and the air conditioning is not quite sufficient for the size of the house.

We enjoyed our stay here, but a few things I wanted to note. House can get warm as the mini-splits are not enough to keep the house cool. There are plenty of fans to help combat this. Deck could use some TLC. I would not let my kids outside without wearing shoes. Be careful when bringing out trash. We had a visit from a neighborhood black bear during our stay.

Sean communicated extremely well and was very responsive in a five star manner. The property needs some repairs and updates and a thorough cleaning. The house accommodated all of our family comfortably and has the potential to be five star. Very convenient to attractions, activities and entertainment for all ages. I would stay at a place Sean hosts in the future, I would just need to know the property is cleaner and ready. It’s a tough business and I respect the hosting Sean did, just would’ve liked to not needed to communicate as much as I did the first couple of days. Mike

Sean was kind enough to accommodate 10 total guys at his place to celebrate my brother getting married. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Fire pit and grill were must haves for any vacation weekend. He also had a nice entertainment space with couch and tv and pool table. 10/10 communication and instruction. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in the N. Conway area. Only 4 min from downtown.

Great stay for our friends trip! Close to down town and easy to find!

This place is great and close to all the fun Conway has to offer. The host was great with communication when any issues came up which is refreshing. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a larger group / family stay in the North Conway area. Great deck, living area, ample amount of beds (believe 11 people able to have their own bed but space for a few couples as well). Loved the game room with a large tv. Location is a very short drive / nice walk to downtown North Conway.

When we arrived the temperature inside was 85 degrees called and reported they sent someone right out to fix the air conditioner later we checked the refrigerator to find the freezer was not to temperature and our weeks worth of food was thawing out the owner agreed to a full refund which we received quickly the home has a nice layout just needs some refreshing

House was great, dishwasher was not working/leak on pool table.

Sorry for the view, but we was not happy at all water leak toilet leak. We couldn’t play the pool table. The sofas were broken ripped The grilled table was filthy. We couldn’t use it. It wasn’t what we expected.

We stayed here during the Revel White Mountains Marathon weekend. Check in process was very easy, fully stocked kitchen, lots of space!
