My husband and I have been renting at The Americana, through Sean and Airbnb for 3 years. We stay pretty local, and this year was a year since we got engaged last year! The Americana is set at a great location! Right at the beginning of the blvd, so we hear some things, but not too much! If you need ANYTHING, Sean will help ASAP. Send him a message and he is right back to you! Wonderful response time always making sure we have everything! Even sending him a message Monday night, about 10:30, and he got back to me! I wasn’t even expecting a response until morning! But, he got right back to me! We have eaten a few different places, over the years, also where the rental is located, we just wander and decide! This year we decided The Boardwalk is our favorite place to eat! Chicken tenders, burgers, service, bacon wrapped scallops…and pricing is awesome! Service this year, a lot of Romanians! Some of them, we spoke to, know each other, family, etc. All super workers! Hope to see them again

Sean was very accommodating. We drove a full size truck and he was able to let us know where a parking lot close by would be to accommodate the size. He was always responsive. It was a perfect location, walking distance to all restaurants and directly across from the public beach. Loved the balcony to people watch!

Apartment was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is the best place to enjoy Hampton Beach! The decor was chic and peaceful. The place was extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely comfortable bed in a cozy loft. Great closet space and huge airy bathroom. Thoughtful hooks for your clothes and towels everywhere. The best part was the view of the ocean. Not only is the porch lovely but you can also see the ocean from the cute kitchen. Our host was responsive and everything was clear and easy. I highly recommend this location and can’t wait to stay there again!
