Great location at Hampton Beach! The balcony views were picture perfect. Unique setup for the living space which was a nice change from the average motel space. Though getting to the actual unit was a tiny bit tricky to get to, the outdoor vendor was very helpful in guiding us to the right direction. You definitely have to appreciate the building is not the typical motel and well worth the effort once you reach your unit. Looking out to the span of the beach was lovely and the space itself was cozy and comfortable.

I can put into words how convenient this was! We booked the same day as we were going on the 3rd of July and it was so simple.easy to find, cleaners on site helped with questions. I could have called Sean but it was an easy check in an easy access to the unit. Definitely will be staying again. Amazing view for a affordable place

Great place, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Would recommend adding a couple of beach chair and umbrellas. Other than that, all good.

My husband and I have been renting at The Americana, through Sean and Airbnb for 3 years. We stay pretty local, and this year was a year since we got engaged last year! The Americana is set at a great location! Right at the beginning of the blvd, so we hear some things, but not too much! If you need ANYTHING, Sean will help ASAP. Send him a message and he is right back to you! Wonderful response time always making sure we have everything! Even sending him a message Monday night, about 10:30, and he got back to me! I wasn’t even expecting a response until morning! But, he got right back to me! We have eaten a few different places, over the years, also where the rental is located, we just wander and decide! This year we decided The Boardwalk is our favorite place to eat! Chicken tenders, burgers, service, bacon wrapped scallops…and pricing is awesome! Service this year, a lot of Romanians! Some of them, we spoke to, know each other, family, etc. All super workers! Hope to see them again

Sean was very accommodating. We drove a full size truck and he was able to let us know where a parking lot close by would be to accommodate the size. He was always responsive. It was a perfect location, walking distance to all restaurants and directly across from the public beach. Loved the balcony to people watch!

Apartment was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!
