We stayed for a quick overnight trip and everything was great!

Great location and perfect for 2-3 people

The location is great. You are just a walk to the beach. As for the unit itself... this is a basement apartment with very little natural light (I think there was a total of 3 small windows), one small window air conditioner unit, very low ceilings, a smell of mildew/must and very cramped conditions if you are planning on using the sleeping sofa. The bathroom is incredibly small and the shower is even smaller. The experience you get with this unit feels very commercialized and not the personal experience you get with a lot of airbnb's. They own a lot of properties and will reach out to you to let you know that you can check in early... for a price and check out late... for a price. The unit also has laundry available to be used in a common area but they could not figure out the code for me so I had to go to a laundromat down the street. The check in instructions are also wrong regarding the type of locks on the doors. If you love college dorm living than this is the place for you.

Absolutely loved our stay- exactly what we needed. So good that even the couch was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Will certainly rent here again

Great location! Public beach access is a 2 minute walk away. Close to restaurants. Sean is an excellent host. He is very responsive and made us feel right at home.

A disappointing, sub par stay and I feel that the host was not totally honest with a few things. First, it was very misleading to have the main picture (and several others) showing (originally) close beach access with a caption in small print saying the picture is outdated and more homes are now built. The pictures make the place look much, much brighter and nicer than it really is. In reality, it's one of 3 small basement apartments (not "ground floor") that had a bit of "basement odor" and the lighting was a LOT dimmer than it appears in the pictures. Some of the silverware and kitchen plates had food residual on them. The instructions to get in the outer door were not super clear and I had to message the host. Once inside, there is a shared small hallway that this rental and another unit have access to, and the security camera was in this space and not outside the building. The AC was a loud window unit. Overall, the price was absolutely not worth what I stayed in.

Easy to access and far enough away from the busier area but within walking distance to several restaurants and the boardwalk.

This was a perfect place to stay with our toddlers for a few nights. It is so close to the beach, which was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and Sean checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay in Salisbury! Very close to the beach- right across the street and you could hear the waves breaking on the shore. Sean was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I was there in the off season so it was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very tidy and clean. Thanks Sean for a lovely stay!

Vacation from hell!! We arrived at the house and were in disbelief…construction materials, tools, and workers everywhere. Sean (host) as well as owner of house chose not to tell us that we would have a noisy vacation that we paid $2,000 plus for. Sean/owner posted pictures that did not accurately portray the actual unit/property. Sean and owner lied twice saying that the construction would be done on our arrival day yet the construction continued for most of our vacation. The indoor pictures made the unit look big and spacious. Unit 2 was tiny with low kitchen ceilings…boyfriend had to duck whenever in the kitchen. There was an empty McDonald's nugget box on floor near tv. Shower was tiny which made it difficult and dangerous to move around in. Exit door blocked by platform and ladders…fire hazard. Did get less than 1/2 refund mostly from airbnb…showed pics. Sean is also a realtor for a local company with multiple properties posted on airbnb. We left a day early due to all of the above

My friend and I booked Sean’s place for a week. We had a very easy check in, and Sean was very helpful with any questions we had prior to our trip. The rental was about a 4 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. The only real problem we encountered during our stay was construction that was happening above our rental unit on our second day there. Both adults, and our very small children, were woken up at 7:30 in the morning to loud banging. Due to the construction, there were nails and pieces of wood on the ground along the side of the house where our unit was, which we felt was very unsafe (especially with children around). When I messaged Sean, he did clarify that the construction was only happening for one day and that the mess outside would be cleaned up when they were done. In the end, we just wish we were notified prior to the start of construction that this would be going on. Otherwise, we felt that Sean really cared about his clients and his unit.

My son and I had a great time fishing and surfing. Can’t wait to come back

Sean's place was a short walk to the beach and Salisbury Center! These were our major destinations for our trip! Super convenient location, as described, good communication with host, and a true beach cottage feel are some of the reasons why we really appreciated staying in this space. The pull out was a little tricky to put away (as pull out couches can be), but once we got the hang of it the first day it was easy after that.

We enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to downtown and to the boardwalk at the beach. The apartment was cute and easily accessible. Sean, the host, was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Highly recommended. Everything I needed and more. Very comfortable, home away from home. Not homeowners fault, with location, parking and beach entrance difficult but expected with location. Otherwise centrally located for everything food, entertainment, beach etc. Very fair price for all making it a gem with central location and all comforts, cleanliness and all very new and updated. Amazing tv service and WiFi a surprise plus and pleasure. The immediate response, help, friendliness, kindness and very welcoming feeling from hosts an extra delight and plus. Def highly recommended..it am beyond pleased and grateful. Enjoy

We had a excellent time. It was the perfect size and close to the beach and the Salisbury center. The unit is very warm and welcoming and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

The place was cute and clean, had everything we needed. It was a great location- just a short walk from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk where you can find restaurants and fun things to do by the water. Sean was helpful, very quick to respond when we had any questions. Over all it was a great stay!

Although I never actually got to stay at the property, my guests enjoyed it very much. I needed a place to stay for about a month and ended up using the location mainly just to store my things as I had to leave for an emergency medical situation. There was some initial issues with entry as the lock codes did not work, but Sean was extremely responsive & helped immediately. The location is right across the street from the beach and Salisbury Beach is one of my favorite places to stay. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and we would rent here again. Only complaint was that the apartment was a little stuffy but once we turned on the window AC units it was much more comfortable!

The apartment was exactly as described on the listing. Apt 2 was the perfect size for two adults and an infant (we brought our own small travel crib). It was a great place to come back to and relax after a day being out and about with family. The beach is nearby and Salisbury Center is a short walk away. The wifi was also very fast and reliable. I had to work for a few hours during our stay and had no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, just steps away from the sand and the ocean. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed and even more (coffee, cream, shampoo, soap, were nice attentions!). It felt safe and it was quiet, we had neighbors but could not hear them. The host was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great tips for exploring the area. There was a guest book that gave us great tips also. My only regret is that I forgot to write in the guest book, being too caught up by the beach and the ocean. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

It was clean close walk to the beach perfect size for two people unless you really like being in close quarters . A couple of the photos were outdated - across from the house is no longer open to the ocean. There are two houses that block the beach view. Other than that it was fine

We loved our quick little get away. The walk to the beach didn’t take too long and the walk to the restaurants was short as well. Sean was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is a great little spot for beach lovers. Easy to spend the whole day out and come back for dinner and sleep!

Beau voyage en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) au bord de la mer. Le logement est très bien situé soit 2 minutes de marche pour avoir accès à la plage, ce qui est pour nous le point fort du séjour. De plus, on avait accès à un chariot, des jeux de sable pour les enfants, petites planches de surf, chaises de plage, etc., dans le rangement, ce qui a facilité grandement le transport à la plage. Les petits restaurants et magasins sont à 10 minutes de marche. Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'épicerie près, nous devions faire 10-15 minutes de voiture pour s'y rendre. Pour ce qui est du logement, si vous êtes grand, le plafond de la cuisine est bas, si vous mesurez plus de 6 pieds 3, vous devrez vous pencher. Les points faibles, le divan-lit semblait brisé, les enfants dormaient croches (jambes plus haut que leur tête) et pour un séjour de 5 jours, nous avons eu 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette de fournis, ce qui est peu pour une famille. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour !

Sean was great and so was the space. The apartment came with the necessities you’d need and it was within walking distance to Salisbury beach access points and a short 10 minute drive to Hampton Beach, NH. Salisbury beach was surprisingly quiet (access point 6 is closest, we went to 11 since we were out and about) which wasn’t something we were expecting so if you prefer less people (I think we all do), go there when you stay here.

Not enough towels, pillows or blankets. Pullout couch was broken and would have been better just to sleep on the floor. Good location for the beach.

Perfect location to access all Salisbury Beach has to offer! Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also walking distance to Blue Ocean Music Hall (a great music venue right on the ocean). Everything as described and would love to stay again if visiting the area in the future!

It wasn’t bad

my husband and I came to celebrate a early Thanksgiving with my mom and the place was so cozy with so much stylish attention to detail. the kitchen was so well stocked that we wanted for almost nothing while making a Thanksgiving dinner! the owner was quick to respond to the one small issue and made our stay incredibly pleasant!

very clean, cute apartment even though it's a basement, it's bright and cheery and you don't feel like you are in that type of area. decorated nice and very clean. Host answers any concerns quickly. he even brought a mirror when i suggested the plave could use one!! Itsclose to beach access and a cute diner. we were able to travel to 3 other states in less than a 2 hour drive which was a big bonus! highly recommend this unit!

This place is in such a great location to many must see-cities! It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. You can hear the guest staying in the Airbnb next door at times. But we weren’t in the Airbnb much so didn’t mind! I would definitely stay here again!

This unit was in a nice location - a short walk to the nearest beach access, and we also enjoyed looking out on the salt marshes at the end of the short dead-end street. It's a short walk to a nice breakfast/lunch cafe just down the road, and not much farther (the other direction) to get to the center of the Salisbury beach area. We were there off-season, so many places were closed, but several were still open and we appreciated having no crowds. The candy/ice cream story was still open! The unit itself is quite compact - some might find it small. E.g. you might find the shower small if you are a large person. The bed in the bedroom leaves just enough room to walk beside it. But it was sufficient and comfortable for our needs, even with 3 people for part of the stay - moving the coffee table into the kitchen each night to open the sofa bed. The place was very clean, and the kitchen was quite well-stocked. The decor was very well-done, as long as you like turquoise and the beach/ocean theme, as EVERYTHING followed that theme (as you can see from the photos), even the kitchen plates and utensils! There were some supplies provided, like tissues and TP, some toiletries in the shower, and oil/salt/pepper in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. We had a slight glitch with our code getting into the unit after our initial success at getting in. A text message to the manager was responded to very quickly, and the issue was resolved when we got back to our unit a short while later. Very impressive response time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend it.

It was a perfect place for a well needed family mini getaway. The ocean being right there and not a busy area created a perfect time to introduce the water to our 2 year old. Being from upstate NY, she’s never seen anything like it. The bnb was comfortable for the whole family. Having a pull out couch made it perfect for what we needed.

Clean, quiet (at least is was post Labor Day :-), well equipped and close to everything and everywhere we needed! Would absolutely recommend.

We had a great time staying at Sean's Airbnb. The decor and apartment were so cozy, and literally a 5 min walk away from the beach. The shower was a bit tiny, fine for me, but a bit cramped for my husband! Good walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants. It was a quiet little town (which was what we wanted) since we stayed during the off season, but I'm sure it's a hoot when it's summer!

This is a very small unit. Window a/c units are very loud and we were forced to sleep without the air conditioners, which made us hot. Pillows are not comfortable. The first night the unit didn’t have enough pillows for four people. It was fixed the next morning, but how do you advertise this place for four and not provide the necessities? Be aware that the beach is unguarded. Salisbury Beach is a very small place. Don’t come here looking for ambiance, beach town buzz, entertainment, and dinning.

Perfect little place, near the beach and near the boardwalk, but far enough for some peace and quiet. Apartament was very clean, completely stocked and the beach wagon was a nice surprise. Sean was extremely attentive and communicated with us promptly . Owner very pleasant and helped us with the door lock, which is very easy to use once you follow the instructions. My family enjoyed the time we spent there and we will definetly return.

This property is exactly as advertised. It is a great place to stay because it's a very short walk to the public entrance to the beach. The beach entrance is a 1 minute walk to a general store on the same road. The store has everything you'll need for the beach including subs, sandwiches, drinks, even beach umbrellas. The host was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Everything in the room was decorated very well and all the appliances were appreciated. In short, this is a great place to stay.

Very clean space, small, the door was hard to locate but we found it, and the decorating was nice and new. It was a very short walk to the boardwalk which was nice. We did hear noise in the morning since it was a basement apartment. The hosts were easy to communicate with and willing to help if needed.
