My 3 girlfriends & and I came for the Smuttynose Rockfest Half Marathon & the location was perfect for us with the start line being only several blocks away. The apartment fit our needs perfectly for 2 nights. We really appreciated that Sean had provided plenty of coffee & even creamer for us in the fridge. Sometimes it's the small things that matter. The ocean is directly across the street & you can catch beautiful sunrises from there. Restaurants, bars, & giftshops are steps away. My only input for future renters is that the rental is much smaller than it appears in the photos. It is actually a large house that is divided into several units with your own entryway. You can see other guests coming & going through the windows & hear them above. The parking is about half way around the corner. The ceilings are pretty low too if you are traveling with taller individuals. With that being said, everything was super clean, comfortable, & nicely decorated! We had a blast in Hampton Beach!

We had a great time. It’s really centrally located was quiet well appointed furnishings and extremely clean. The shower was so clean. I swear no one has ever used it before. It had everything that we needed, and my daughter forgot a very expensive pair of leather boots. We contacted the host immediately and my friend was able to meet housekeeping! so thankful! Very pleased that we were able to get them back without any issues!!

We stayed at Sean’s place and was impressed with the location. Was right across the street from the beach and the boardwalk. The apartment was spotless. Sean was very responsive when I had any questions. Definitely highly recommended this apartment.

We were pleasantly surprised to have found such a great space that was big enough to house our crew. We were able to reach out to Sean to repair a little item very quickly. We were not bothered by any other guests, etc. and the noise level was actually pretty good for such a busy area. Would stay again!

Sean's place was great for our family. Parking for one car was around the corner but not a problem except when it rained but we did have to find parking for the others (which we knew ahead of time). Having linens provided was a huge help. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and such. No swing like in the photos and only 3 kitchen chairs... but we made it work. We had an issue with the ac, Sean made sure it was fixed as soon as possible. Beds were cozy and the couch was comfy too! Close to so many restaurants and right across the street from the beach! If you plan on using laundry, it doesn't come available until 4pm because the cleaners use it most of the day. If we decide to come back to Hampton I would definitely consider staying again. Stayed for a night, was a clean space. Instructions were helpful for finding the entrance and the parking was close! It is an apartment building tho so upstairs was loud which is uncontrollable nothing to do with Sean. Other than that was a nice stay, good spot on the boardwalk.

Overall great stay. Very clean. Just wish each room had an air conditioner. There was only one in the living room and the “kids” room. Not a lot of privacy in this unit either. We had to keep all of the blinds closed and hang a towel in the bathroom window. Loved the location and Sean was very responsive throughout the whole stay.

From the Jump Sean Provided clear instructions and a Guide for My family and Myself. Sean was also very responsive and helped answer any questions. The Unit had one parking spot which was an issue due to us bringing two vehicles. That didn’t stop Sean with providing multiple options for parking. The Unit was private, well kept, and what was described by my sister as “Oh My God, So Cute”. The Unit had easy access to the Beach and was walking distances to our favorite spots. Overall this Unit provided security, happiness and fun that made our weekend special. My family continues to rave about this Airbnb and hope to come back another time. Worth the 5 Stars!
