Great property in an amazing location. Very walkable and close to coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, etc. Clean house with minimal check-out responsibilities were huge pluses. Sean was easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay.

We absolutely adored Newburyport! It is the cutest little town that looks straight out of a storybook. Sean’s townhome was is in a great location-right in the heart of downtown. Walkable to all the shops, restaurants and the cutest boardwalk along the water!

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Newburyport! Sean was responsive and proactive during our 7- day stay. Finding the unit and gaining access were very easy and the off-street parking was a bonus in a busy section of town! We loved the location and the condo was perfect for our needs. (We had four teens and two parents.) The kitchen was great for cooking meals, for takeout and for enjoying sun-drenched mornings with coffee and bagels from a local bakery just steps away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Some noise from upstairs neighbors, but that’s to be expected in a building that houses several units. We enjoyed waking just a couple of blocks to the riverfront boardwalk, shopping in the boutiques and sipping on cold smoothies. The train station is just 7 minutes away and took us directly into Boston for a history lesson. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental! Thank you, Sean!

We enjoyed our Stay in Newburyport. People above the unit were a bit noisy when they walked. You could hear them walking back and forth. Sort of expected I guess on an old building.

We had a great stay at Heart of Downtown Newburyport! The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing - comfortable, roomy, exceptionally clean, and very well appointed. The location downtown provided great access to all of downtown Newburyport, yet was quiet and private. Sean was great about communication, very responsive and helpful. As a former Newburyporter, it was so nice to be back in town and visit all the places that are near and dear to heart, and be in a comfortable, welcoming setting. I'd definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the living room / kitchen area very much. It was comfortable and relaxing, and we could walk to local restaurants and coffee shops. We had a very nice time being there.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's place. The unit looks just like the pictures, was nice and clean, and our party had our privacy but yet plenty of room to get together in the kitchen and living area. While we didn't do much cooking at all, the kitchen was clean and well stocked to cook in. The location was perfect--walking and cycling distance to everything downtown Newburyport has to offer, including the Clipper City rail trail. We took the train to Salem and that was convenient, inexpensive and easy to find. We had a blast! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we slept so well. I'd go back to Sean's place in a heartbeat if I find myself in the area again.

We had a great stay at Sean's place in Newburyport. The place was beautiful! Right in the center of town within just a few steps of lots of restaurants and shopping. It was also a great base for exploring Salem, Rockport, Boston which are all an easy drive or train ride away. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with family. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is superb. Very peaceful and quiet yet only fee minutes walking from the cute and active downtown and Main Street.

Great airbnb in Newburyport, 1 block from town center. Easy in and out, space is modern and communication with owner is excellent. Their checkout time is 10am, too early for an airbnb but other than that a great rental.

Great spot just off the downtown area of Newburyport. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Plenty of extra blankets in the downstairs bedrooms that stay colder than the main floor. Would definitely return!

I’m not quite sure how to put to words how “at home” we felt in this rental. It was more than just warm an inviting, it was like we were residents of Newburyport. Which I must add is the cutest New England coastal town that’s like being transported to a Hallmark movie. The rental is easily walkable, and all the locals were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food and service was top notch everywhere we went. The host, home and environment all exceeded our expectations.

Sean's place was the perfect homebase for our recent trip. Excellent restaurants, coffee and waterfront trail all within 5 mins on front. Place was stylish and comfortable.

We were suddenly and sadly in town for a funeral. This AirBnB was perfectly situated for multiple generations to enjoy the town of Newburyport in comfort or stay in and reminisce with relatives. I would definitely stay again—hopefully under happier circumstances.

Stayed here for a wedding in town and it was perfect. You cannot beat the location - just a 3min walk into downtown Newburyport! The home is also great and was able to sleep our group comfortably. We loved utilizing the outdoor patio as well. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in old town Historic Newburyport. 1 min walk to center of town, 5 mins to the Marina. Great shopping, great restaurant options and only a 10-15 minute drive to the beach. We loved our 5 night stay here. The place is immaculate with lots of room to move around and easy access to help should you need it. I cannot recommend it enough. Enjoy your stay, we loved ours! We loved the street that the property was located. Quiet but extremely convenient as far as walking to numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The house was very spacious and clean.

Great location and very well appointed and comfortable with everything you need. Right in the heart of Newburyport which was very convenient for dining, entertainment, etc. Host was proactive and all instructions were clear. Note: two bedrooms are on the basement level, one with no windows and the other with only a peek-a-boo basement window. Rooms were brightly lit and comfortable, but it was a bit odd having no windows (there was a door to outside for emergency exit/safety). Overall, nice place!

The unit was spotless and spacious. The location truly could not have been better. It is on a quiet street but just steps from the main square and street with shops and restaurants, close to the water and a Sunday farmer’s market. The layout was great for a family with an open kitchen and living area. Kitchen had everything, with nice appliances including gas range and wine fridge. Very tasteful decorations with nice art prints. The downstairs bedrooms were roomy. Beds were comfortable and firm. The house had a good new televisions and excellent wifi throughout. There is another unit above but other than a few footsteps occasionally there was no other neighbor or street noise. The unit was well managed, check-in was easy and the hosts very responsive to questions. Nice to have two dedicated parking spots on the property since parking is tricky in town. Would certainly stay there again.

The condo is located in a great location in downtown Newburyport and is convenient to everything you need on a vacation. There is plenty of space on the main level for relaxing and gathering around the wonderful kitchen island. We were able to walk around town and down to the Merrimack river within minutes of the condo. We would love to come back to visit!

If you are looking for a long-term Airbnb or just want to get away to Newburyport, this is your place. Location is excellent-all the restaurants you want are around the corner. Kitchen is fully stocked. And I mean it. Pots, pans, glasses, even baking supplies. Communication was amazing and responses were quick. Would definitely stay again.

Location of this condo is amazing! Super walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the water. Sometimes the temp in the bedrooms was hard to regulate (some felt hot, others felt cold) but the beds were very comfy so not an issue. We loved the kitchen and the living space was great. Huge TVs too, which was a nice surprise! Will come back to Newburyport for sure! It was a beautiful weekend and we felt so lucky to have such a cute air bnb to stay in!

The loft in Newburyport is actually larger then photos appear it to be..but accurate in how it is decorated. Would highly recommend staying there. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and and a must to go on the whale watch! The neighbors are very welcoming and Sean is quick to respond via text to any questions you may have. My family had a memorable vacation staying there! Sean definitely is a super host!

Best place for a weekend getaway! My girlfriends and I were planning a getaway for our 20th high school reunion and the Newburyport Loft did not disappoint. Plenty of room for everyone - the main floor was awesome for socializing and snacking. Beds were comfy and everything was really clean when we got there. The back patio was a great spot as well. I would also highly recommend Newburyport - the house's location was perfect to walk basically everywhere you needed to go and the beaches were a 15 -20 min drive. Kudos to the town for creating such a safe environment - all the restaurants and shops were very strict with rules re: COVID which gave us great piece of mind. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Sean’s place was beyond amazing. It’s super clean, spacious, stylish and most importantly it’s like in the middle of everything. We walked to almost everything.
