Our family had the best time staying at Chris'. It was a perfect place for me, my husband, and our three littles (ages: 5yrs, 2yrs, and 3 months) the ability to walk to the beach was incredible. Chris was so friendly and helpful! We were giving the best vacation mainly due to this lovely house and host! Thank you so much!

Small, cozy, and guite. Nice place close to the beach. Chris was on top of communications on a daily basis which whould have made things very nice had we neded anything bit all was taken care of and very well explained. The only thing we didnt like was that there was no washer/dryer.

We stayed here for a few nights and it was a great little cottage in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and nearby stores. Chris was very responsive when we had any questions. We would gladly stay here again.

Cottage was very cozy. The location was ideal. We traveled with a small dog. Very user friendly. We had a few things to work out but, Chris was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Parking was a little challenging but, we were told that ahead of time. Might want to bring a box fan for each of the bedrooms. Very pleasant getaway. Highly recommend.

Overall a nice place, very small but great location. the wifi also didn’t work meaning we had to use our Canadian roaming plans for our entire stay.

Cottage was cute and comfortable and very close to the beach. We booked last minute so the price was a little high but better than any hotels in the area.

We had a great stay at the small cottage. The beach and restaurant were right down the street and having beach chairs and the beach wagon was a bonus.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! If you frequent Hampton Beach, you know how pricey parking can get, specially if you need to go somewhere and come back. We were 2 min walking distance from the beach and all the stores/restaurants and the house had parking. The house was clean and super cute! Chris did a great job checking in on us. Would def rent again.

Chris was very responsive with the few questions I had upon arrival. The cottage was as advertised, with the exception being the outdoor shower was not operational. Parking was easy and the extra spot up the street was nice to have. Overall, the cottage felt safe, clean and cozy.

This place was perfect for our family of four and small dog! We pulled the beach wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys (all provided by the cottage!) down the street to the beach every day and loved how close we were to everything, while being tucked away enough to avoid the loudness of the boardwalk strip. Chris was very proactive with all communication and provided a detailed house manual with very clear instructions about everything. The A/C worked really well which was appreciated because it got pretty hot while we were there. We loved our stay!

Very cute and homey. We felt right at home almost instantly. Our 1yr old loved running around the place. We had trouble getting in at first. Messaged Chris and in seconds he had our answer. I was using the wrong code. Just like always the wife was right about it lol. Should have listened. Definitely will be back again!

The location is perfect to quickly access the beach and boardwalk, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We especially enjoyed the coffee, beach wagon and comfortable beds!

We had a great stay. Chris was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The beach and shops are a short easy walk away. The only possible drawback was the shared driveway but we knew about it going in and the family who shared it with us were great. We had no problems. It’s a great place, small but very clean and near everything.

It was a cute little place, very close to the beach in a more popular area but just far away enough to stay away from crowds and people, lots of things to do around the area perfect for a family of 3 or a couples trip!

My husband and I had a lovely two night stay at the “back cottage.” Everything was spotless, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners did a lovely job renovated this beach cottage. Would stay again!

What a great little gem at Hampton Beach. Chris' second/back cottage is great for small families especially with dogs. The walk to the beach is quick and you're close to the boardwalk, but just far enough away that it's quiet. We spent 2 relaxing weeks there and would stay again!

Such a cute place, very clean and a very short walk to the strip and beach!

Chris was great to communicate with. Place was clean and kitchen had everything you need to prepare food. Stayed there for a month and realized too late that the shower was smaller than a stall and you could brush your teeth while you’re sitting on the toilet the sink is right there. One of the bedrooms is the size of a large closet. If you are staying for a short time I recommend this place but only if you’re by yourself or a small intimate group. The location can’t be beat!

Clean, great location, and a great stay overall. Cute and welcoming with coffee and bottles of water. Quiet street but close enough to everything. Some things to note: The TV required logging in to Amazon and any other apps so have your usernames and passwords ready. However, the Wi-Fi is on the slow side. We would have liked to have a better check in experience as the code was not working so be sure to have the phone number available so you can call in case.

We just had our second stay. Our daughter was asking to stay again all year! Good size for us as a family of four. Very clean and lots of extras (pack n play, beach toys, coffee! Etc. ) Chris was very prompt and helpful with a few questions we had. And just a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our entire stay here! We checked in on a whim and couldn't believe how nice, clean, cozy, and well thought out the place was. We forgot a few things but turns out Chris thought of everything! Definitely a perfect stay by the beach!

The house was exactly as pictured / described. Very clean! The location was perfect for us. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach and all the shops/restaurants, but just far enough away from the main street to be very quiet.

Right by the beach and also very close to the ocean. Location was great. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Had some trouble figuring out the tv, but am also not the most tech savvy person out there. Overall, really enjoyed the house, and would look up the spot again if in Hampton.
