房东在突发大黑蚂蚁事件前是有积极回应的 图片中的大黑蚂蚁 我一共打死了9只 突然出现在一楼的厨房和洗手间区域 房东回复我说是暖气开了 木头里的黑蚂蚁跑出来找水源 对此 我本能反应是收拾东西赶紧离开 房东按道理应该对我赔偿 毕竟我受到了惊吓 也影响了我的行程 我提前近三个月预付了全款 最后不得不选择离开 房东没有对我进行任何赔偿 我非常失望

Stayed 2 months with family of 5 and it felt like home! Perfect location on a quiet one way street very walkable to downtown restaurants. Cute rear patio that felt private. Everything you need in the kitchen. Off street parking, which we fit two cars into (tandem) and host was a great communicator. No complaints. Would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The location is truly wonderful. We loved being able to walk easily to the charming town center, the beautiful riverwalk, and the rail trail. It made visiting friends and family in Newburyport incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Beyond the great location, the unit itself was superb. It was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, making us feel instantly comfortable. It was also nicely furnished and equipped with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Highly recommend this spot—a perfect home base for visiting the area!

Our stay at Sean’s place was fantastic. Sean was incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful with everything we needed. This was a great location, walking distance to beautiful downtown Newburyport. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We stayed for 2 months in this space while moving and absolutely loved it! The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the kitchen had high end everything! The main bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the decor throughout the home. It really made it feel like a home for us. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the local shops and restaurants, library and river front. All the neighbors were really lovely. Sean was very responsive and helpful when needed! As another commenter stated, the stairs are a bit steep and may not be easily navigable for everyone but we didn’t find them to be much of an issue. The first floor was quite cold in the dead of winter but the space heater provided was welcome warmth! Parking with snow was a little complicated as we had to squeeze both cars in the drive way but it worked out! We would absolutely stay again and would recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for 5 weeks in July, my husband and two children. It was a great home, the perfect size for our stay and in a great location. This home is walking distance to everything downtown Newburyport has to offer, we enjoyed walking into town daily! The home was in good shape and was just as pictured. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbors were also friendly and it’s a nice quiet street. The team at Seacoast rentals was also extremely responsive to us with any questions or issues. I would definitely stay here again.
