Our stay at Sean’s place was fantastic. Sean was incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful with everything we needed. This was a great location, walking distance to beautiful downtown Newburyport. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We stayed for 2 months in this space while moving and absolutely loved it! The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the kitchen had high end everything! The main bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the decor throughout the home. It really made it feel like a home for us. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the local shops and restaurants, library and river front. All the neighbors were really lovely. Sean was very responsive and helpful when needed! As another commenter stated, the stairs are a bit steep and may not be easily navigable for everyone but we didn’t find them to be much of an issue. The first floor was quite cold in the dead of winter but the space heater provided was welcome warmth! Parking with snow was a little complicated as we had to squeeze both cars in the drive way but it worked out! We would absolutely stay again and would recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for 5 weeks in July, my husband and two children. It was a great home, the perfect size for our stay and in a great location. This home is walking distance to everything downtown Newburyport has to offer, we enjoyed walking into town daily! The home was in good shape and was just as pictured. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbors were also friendly and it’s a nice quiet street. The team at Seacoast rentals was also extremely responsive to us with any questions or issues. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great extended stay at this Airbnb, where I was able to work remotely for a month! The house was very clean and they were very attentive to every need or issue that I had and responded right away. There were a few heat waves during the time that I stayed so just beware that the third floor is hotter than the first two floors as the AC does not carry up as much. I emailed the team and asked if they could order a few fans given the heat during the day when I was trying to work, and they promptly did so and were delivered that evening which did help! It’s a great location, very quickly walkable to everything Newburyport has to offer and also only an eight minute drive to Plum Island, which was exquisite! Overall, great experience at this Airbnb!

We stayed at Sean’s home during the summer of ‘23 from June-September and had a very enjoyable time. The home was as described. Location was very convenient to downtown Newburyport. If you are staying in the summer/fall months the backyard patio is nice. Great host! Highly recommend this home!

This place was beautiful and well appointed. I stayed for a month and loved it. I had friends visit on the weekend and the bedrooms upstairs were great. The master bed and bath were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. I often worked there during the day at the island. Sean and his team were very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and right near town and the rail trail for walking.

This is a great place the pictures are dead on. Location is amazing only 2 blocks to downtown and the waterfront, on a quiet sleepy street. My family and I had a great stay and please use the backyard it’s perfect for morning coffee and a book. Only drawback is the stairs are a little steep (to be expected in a 200 year old home) so if you have little ones or a family member with bad knees just be prepared. But overall it’s a fantastic place and we can’t wait to come again!! It was perfect for our visit to Newburyport.

We had a great stay here with our two middle-school age kids. We worked from the dining room a couple of the days without issue. The kitchen is fabulous, plus Weber grill in the backyard. Everything very clean and streamlined. We brought our bikes with us and it was easy to access the rail trail from the house. Street parking was easy for our second car. Sean and team were very responsive to messages.

The house was perfect for our stay. The location is so convenient in the downtown area. Shops, restaurants, and parks are in short walking distance. Also convenient drives to the southern Maine area and Boston. The bedrooms on the third floor are so sunny and inviting. The house was comfortable and had what we needed for our visit to the area.

Sean was amazing- the place is in an amazing location close walk to everything.

Wonderful clean home with everything you could possibly need, location couldn't be better. We would definitely stay again!
