FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

I have been to Hampton beach dozens of times in my life. This was absolutely the nicest place I have ever stayed. Some places show you pictures on the site and they do not live up to the expectations. This place was above and beyond 10 fold . Thank you Sean it was more than ever expected and can’t wait to go back.

Such a beautiful place to stay absolutely loved everything about it! It’s a super close walk to the beach and restaurants took us less than 3 minutes to get to the boardwalk. Everything was very clean and organized at this condo. Would definitely stay here again! The host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Sean’s place was as pictured and I didn’t experience any problems during my 5 night stay. Sean was very communicative and provided a portal with helpful information for my stay. I loved the covered parking below the building.
I had a great stay here! Very quiet unit and building, butclose to everything. Easy to get in and out of parking.
