Great location! Steps from the beach, beautiful view from the balcony. It wasn’t too noisy being at the top of the strip. It was comfortable for two people but any more would’ve been a little cramped. Sean was very quick to respond with any questions.

House was nice , lights went out throught the whole beach around 10pm , had no choice but to call it an early night . No flash lights , candles or anything for such situations were available . Although it was out of everyones control …i appreciated an extended stay 2 hr stay due to the inconvenience however my plans were already made for the next day and still checked out at 10 am . Not even a small refund was offered …

Great view of the ocean. Very clean and a nice shower. No hair dryer. Unit suited for 2 people comfortably, coffee in the cabinet and most things you need for cooking a meal. Full size mattress way too soft , you rolled to the middle with 2 adults in the bed. Bedroom is very small.The bed takes up most of the space. Internet is sketchy. Being on the Main Street, very noisy with cars and motorcycles going by. No directions on where the washer n dryer were located, or where to park. Parking is 1/2 block away. The nightly rate was high for after Labor Day. Many stores, restaurants , and activities were already shut down for the season. If you are looking for a laid back beach town, this is not for you.

could be a little lower in price. all the doors need WD40. the back deck needs a little work as far as supports. air conditioner in bedroom didn't work to well. other then these minor things, it was great. great scenery and comfortable beds.

Great Location.

The apartment is really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reason I won’t give it 5 stars is because the wifi is ridiculously slow and the other guests did not take care of the grounds. There was trash left around, very messy.

Cute little apartment in a great location. Even with two young kids and a wagon full of beach toys, we were easily able to walk across the street to the beach every day and to a huge selection of restaurants, shops, and the arcade. The video explanation of how to get into the building and to the apartment was very helpful.

Place is awesome and comes as advertised — clean, newly renovated, great amenities and can’t beat the location. Sean was responsive when needed and provided clear instructions for check-in/out, which was extremely easy. Would stay again!

We had a great time visiting Hampton Beach. The unit was clean and so welcoming with a perfect balcony and a view of the beach. Sean was extremely helpful and responsive. If i would to say one negative things it would be the unit it's a little tight for 4 adult but overall great location and good price. We will come back !!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the beach, which was just across the street. Access to/from the beach was easy (a necessity with kids). This unit was located close to all of the Hampton beach excitement and amenities, but being at the beginning of the strip, was quieter and more relaxing. We had a wonderful time!

Emplacement rêve directement sur la plage. Stationner votre voiture au stationnement et vous la prenez plus du séjour. A coté de tout…. Mais reste tranquille Service impeccable, il manquait quelques chose a la cuisine et le lendemain, il avait réglé le problème. Je vais y retourner

We had a fantastic stay. Everything is within walking distance. The parking lot was easy to find. The view from the porch was stunning and Sean is very quick at responding. They are very strict about the quiet hours but honestly we loved that! Would absolutely stay again!

Super emplacement, directement sur la rue principale avec une vue incroyable de la mer. Par contre, le quartier est bruyant la fin de semaine dans la nuit. Douche extérieure pour se rincer. Le logement est petit mais en vaut la peine. Le patio permet d’apprécier l’apéro en regardant la mer.
